Refund Policy

Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged in transit, or do not match the order. Sterile single-use devices that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a refund, contact our team at mediclinkmarketing@yahoo.com with your order reference and photographs of the affected items. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.


Shipping Policy

We ship across Peninsular and East Malaysia using vetted courier partners. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 4–7 business days for Sabah and Sarawak.

Bulk orders, tender deliveries and cold-chain shipments are arranged on a project basis — please contact our procurement team for a tailored quotation.


Privacy Policy

Medic Link Marketing collects only the information needed to fulfil enquiries and orders — typically name, organisation, email, phone and any details you provide in a message.

We never sell your data. Information is shared only with logistics partners required to deliver your order, and is retained in line with Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements.
